Sophira Delight

Sophera displays a delicate, rich, sweet floral bouquet out of which grows a warm powdery balsamic, precious woods heart note which is both deep and fresh at the same time. The interplay of these two themes has a unique melodic interplay with one sometimes perceiving the floral sweetness and the next moment the balsamic precios woods one. This is a very fine heartnote material of good tenacity. The fulness and richness of the bouquet resonating through its lenghty dryout period is delightful. It has a very refined, soft radiant aromatic personality.

Green, soapy, classy

The feel is inded vintage - evokes old expensive soap bars, spring days at a gentlemen's club, indoor gardens . I love its cleanliness, complexity, and green depth (but without being cloying). Planning to use it to replace part (or completely) the Vetiver EO in some formulas that could use some added complexity. Doesn't feel hard to use or to fit in a composition. I prefer this to Cedarome, which is more impactful and more woody.

at first you find this base quite difficult to work with cause you dont smell this anywhere else! i tried mixing this with the mandarine base by Frater and adding more smokey elements from the vetiver side, it is a like hermes meets 1912!!
