V2Pro Upgrade Kit

One of my mounting plate holes was misaligned. I worked with Alphard customer service (Alex) who very responsive and thorough in trying to understand my situation. In the end, it got resolved and the V2 Pro is working as intended.

Wheelies are working great on the cart. However, they were difficult to put in the battery wheel axle. The instructions show you some final processes but not the interim specific details. Also, they should tell you what size Phillips screwdriver would fit the screws so they don’t get stripped when you’re tightening them. They should give you extra screws and nuts just in case. A lot of frustration and time involved. Once connected properly, the new wheels work great. I previously had a problem with the battery shorting out after 11-14 holes. With the new battery and wheels, I got through 18 holes without having to push the cart.

It was a little tricky getting it installed but I do enjoy being able to assemble and disassemble my cart and V2 pro a lot faster.
