I really don't think there's been any improvement. I'm certainly not feeling better during the day. No increase In energy or cognitive function. I do think my skin appears better though. Not enough for me to think about reordering. I really Really hoped for a better result this time. But not getting it.

I have told so many people that I can't rate the mushroom gummies high enough!! No brain fog, you wake up & you're awake/alive, uou don't have to hit snooze or drag yourself out of bed. You go all day & take the night gummies & you sleep so peacefully. My daughter wears a sleep watch & no matter what she does she can't jump up the scale of sleep quality like the night gummies do. I'm subscribed & have no intention of stopping
