Custom Rectangle or Square Tablecloth

Spotty Lamination?

This is our second tablecloth that didn't have this issue. There are some areas that appear as grease. I have used a dish cloth with an eco-friendly dish soap but these areas remain. It is barely noticeable but can be seen. What is the cause?

My daughter said it fits perfectly and she loves the colorful pattern.
