I am reporting this order because this company charged my payment method immediately but has failed to ship my order or provide any meaningful update. My order has remained in a "Waiting for details" status with no tracking information, no shipping confirmation, and no estimated delivery date. It is unacceptable to take a customer's money and then fail to fulfill the order within a reasonable timeframe or communicate about the delay. I have paid for a product that I have not received, and I have not been given any assurance that it will ever be shipped. At this point, I am requesting an immediate refund to my original payment method. If the company cannot fulfill the order as promised, it should not continue holding my funds. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly without any further delays. Please investigate this seller's business practices, as other customers should not have to experience the same issue.

Terrible experience never buy from them they sent me wrong size on box wrong size shoe in box . Waited long time for shoe. Plus they don’t return nothing and exchange policy is horrible you have take all these photos of shoe box and size on shoe and if you trying to squeeze you foot in shoe upload photos then you got to go to Thrift store or Charity place donate shoe take photo of place and of receipt that you donate. Lets say I wasted my money . Never buy from them. I upload photos thought that be it but no

Shipping took weeks, and to make matters worse, they sent me the wrong shoe size. Now I’m being forced to jump through hoops to resolve an issue that was entirely their mistake because they “don’t do returns.” I would not recommend ordering from this company. Not only was the shipping extremely slow, but when they sent a shoe that was a full size too small, they were unwilling to provide a simple solution for an error they made.
