Dulls the cramps

I’ve only started taking it and I must say it helped to dull my cramps just a few days leading up to my period. However, during the actual period, I continued to feel the same intensity for my cramps and headaches. Maybe I need to take it more consistently. Overall, still a good product and I’ll cont to take it monthly.

Less cramps :)

I recently purchased cramp/less to try out for my monthly cramps. I came across MOOM via IG as a friend is following. I decided to check out the item via MOOM website and found out that all the ingredients used in cramp/less is natural. MOOM even explained the function for each of the ingredient that is in it. I immediately purchased via the MOOM website. I started to try when i started to have slight cramps. Took for 2 days, to my surprise my cramps were very minimal during the first 2 days and i didn't have to continue taking on the 3rd. It is amazing. I will try again soon this month!
