UPDATE: SNOOZ replaced them! Best and easiest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We used them for a trip back in March- two of them have a cracking noise when they’re turned up loud, and the other one sounds like it’s flying around the room. Wish I knew another way to describe it but my husband hears it too- it’s odd. We LOVE the bigger ones but unsure about the travel ones. The company did replace one of the crackling ones but the other ones just aren’t able to be used, which, for the price, is so sad.
