Calavera Neón

The watch has an overall cheap feel. The strap is super flimsy. But more than anything, neither sub dial works as designed. The left sub dial(running seconds) is stuck at the 12 o’clock position. And the right sub dial(chronograph minutes) is stuck at the three o’clock position. So far, customer service has been less than helpful. They took 5 days to respond initially. Then i sent pictures and videos. Now ive been waiting 3 more days with no response. One star for the watch and one star for the customer service.

It’s quite small for a $400 watch.
