Tulsa - Union

We encountered a shipping issue with our first pair of boots. However, the owner reached out to explain the situation, apologize, and to make good on his commitment to his customers. The Tulsa boots are quite attractive, and the product matched the photos we saw online. They were comfortable right from the start, although they felt a bit tight initially—something I anticipated. They loosened up to a more comfortable fit within just a few hours. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase and plan to order another pair in a different style.

Pretty gorgeous boots, a little on the loose side

I'm between a 12 and 13 (closer to the latter), so I sized up per previous reviews. Really happy I did. These are really comfortable boots out of the box. They're a little on the loose side for me, but I prefer it that way. Quality seems nice, though the leather on the shaft of one booth has developed some wrinkles after just a few times wearing them, albeit in sort of cold weather. I have treated them with mink oil to prevent such an issue and protect them, which has also darkened the leather slightly. Had the shafts held up equally, I'd no doubt give these five stars. Hope to get a lot of wear out of them.
