Changes color with body temperature but have not been able to get this color to glow except for a brief moment after using the uv light to dry the gel top coat.

Absolutely LOVED Magic Ballgown thermal dip! Perfect colors for winter. It reminds me of snowflakes and ice. I was also very surprised when I noticed that it glowed in the dark also. I can't wait to try some other thermal color combos!
