So close Yet so far

Contacted support about a package with 2 week late shipment. I was immediately told wrong information about delivery details corresponding to the tracking info I was provided when purchasing through website. After this I was reassured of a new package being sent to me with correct information and return label for the original order (if ever arrived). Another week has passed with no response about new shipment details corresponding, as well as original order still not moving within usps, & no response about refund for order.
