Weeping Willow
The tree arrived on time and as described. This baby has no leaves as the website stated so I cannot wait to see how she does once acclimated. I am so excited and was so surprised to receive this gift from my husband.

Weeping Willow 4' - 5'
The customer service has not been good. I received an email confirmation of my purchase, but no follow-up to keep me informed on the shipping date, and I never received tracking information when it did ship. I had to call them after I got no response through email. Then, the tree arrives in horrible condition with all it's few little tiny new leaves shriveled and browning. The tree also has black canker and is diseased. I have requested a refund and a return shipping address. Not a good purchase experience with this seller.
