It is winter still

But I have taken this rod to the parks near me to cast and I am honestly amazed. So is my wife. She has a western spey rod but has fished tenkara and now she is expressing a little bit of fomo because this rod casts so well. The price is not even high at all, for what it is. Try to buy an Asian carp rod and you will spend twice as much. Many regular sized tenkara rods cost more than this. Seriously this thing casts so well. This is my first experience with Wasatch, but not with tenkara, and I am impressed. I've caught fish on multiple rods, and on tenkara, when a rod does not cast well, it makes it so hard. I know I will catch fish on this rod. Planning right now for Spring Steelhead season on the north shore of Lake Superior.
