Poor shipping

Haven't received the item. Was packaged with improper customs forms. Now being told I have to wait till it comes back to robosen but the package now seems to be lost so I have no idea what's going on. Money spent, no package received, no updates on when it will be rectified. Will have to start a dispute with my cc soon.

Little disappointed that we purchased our second Roboson item first was Optimus prime Not an issue 2nd was bumblebee which was disappointing to buy a transformer that does not transform other than that it’s great
