Not clear enough info

Frustrating to just receive 1 stud as I misread the info... it needs to be clearer at the top of the info that these are sold as SINGLE STUDS. With shipping, I ended up paying £6.50 for a SINGLE STUD!!! Hope this helps anyone e else who might be confused.

Order not as precieved

I had communicated with the company directly for advice before placing an order and with the link I'd had sent to me I found the information confusing online but placed an. I informed them but they didn't understand in any way that the information was too confusing, I couldn't make sense of it and they suggested ordering more items AND HAVING to PAY a further delivery charge for another order that was they answer to a problem even though I place the order based on the companies advice which happened to be incomplete information, apart from the order being dispatched and delivered quickly I wouldn't use them again as I was made to feel as I was blamed basically for an order that the information wasn't clear enough for me.
