Pinup continues to go above and beyond with their roasts. I consistently purchase 5lb bags because I literally won’t buy anywhere else. I decided to try a different bag this time and Rationed Passion just hit. Slightly and Tail Wind are great don’t get me wrong but I brought home a bag of RP and it was in the perfect shot window. Hit a little adjustment on the grinder and pulled a shot that almost made me emotional. The flavor, the balance, the quality. Exceeded expectations and this is exactly why I am very very partial to Pinup and the amazing folks that make up the brand.
