HYDRATION FORMULA (10ct)

Taste-wise, the lemon flavor was surprisingly unpleasant. It lacked the clean, refreshing citrus profile I expected and instead came across as slightly artificial and unbalanced. This was a letdown given how much I liked the other flavors.

I like the concept of liquid, my only problem is either sugar or salt stays at the bottom of paquet crystalized, not sure if its supposed to be part of what im supposed to take or not but it doesnt go into my drink. I have used 10 packets and all 10 have that crystal like form stay in packet and not in my drink , with that left in packet i do feel like im missing something from product. Other than that flavors are good, ive only taken 10 out of 30 so i will see how i feel when i start training. I will be comparing them to other products to see if i see any difference in how i feel on a daily basis amd training days.

It pours out nicely, however there is a risdue left (almost like salt). So not really sure i like that but does mix up nicely.
