All earrings are huge

I was really looking forward to receiving these, but unfortunately, they didn't work out. While the box they arrived in was nice and the earrings were individually wrapped in a high-quality, thick clear pouch, the items themselves were unexpectedly MASSIVE. I realize my ears aren't tiny, but these were significantly larger than they appeared in the online photos. When I reached out to customer support to express my disappointment, I received a generic reply acknowledging the issue and thanking me for my patience, but they offered no actual resolution or assistance. I’m quite disappointed with both the product sizing and the lack of support. I would certainly not recommend this brand.

Thought these looked really cool and different. Arrived in lovely pouches, easy to transport on holiday. I recently changed my hair from long to bob length and curly. My hair looks nice but can look cute funky or granny like - the earring gives it a definitely chic look with hair tucked behind my ear. I feel like the earring sets off the entire look - I’ve bought 4 and worn 2 so far. I’m looking forward to seeing future designs and ideas.
