Owned for 11 months these are obviously not daily wear - they have been worn (max guess) 6-8 times - still brand new based on number of times worn. Heel broke off not worth fixing. Warranty/Return obviously will not cover based on the age of the purchase not # of times worn. These shoes always got compliments 100% - great looking shoe with poor durability. Quality is not all that great.
