The Phase Sequin Coat

The coat itself is beautiful! Fleece lining and the bead and sequin work is fabulous, the company were lovely to deal with when I had questions at the start and replied in a very quick amount of time! The downside was the customs charge! I had to pay €70 customs charges on the coat, more than I've ever paid for anything before! Even items that were more expensive! Also the lining of the coat had quite a few stains, and hairs..I did contact customer service who simply said to clean it with water and said they had bad news that week so staff were feeling a bit low, hence the hairs/stain.... Fair enough, we've all had bad weeks, I decided not to reply as there was no point, I've had bad weeks myself so I understand, it was just disappointing. I will know in future to not ship to my address and to ship to family in London and have them ship it to me!
