I love my red light!

This panel has exceeded my expectations so far. I bought it for skin and hair health, and I am already noticing positive changes in both. I have also used it for muscle recovery post workout, and feeling benefits there as well. The panel is good size for single body part usage and also VERY easy to use. I am so glad I pulled the trigger and have this as part of my routine now!

Definitely love this. Just with one use, I noticed a huge difference in the texture or my skin. Cant wait to the after picture after 3 months. Ill update this reciew then.

Feeling Good About It

I have been using this for about 2 weeks now, taking my time increasing the duration in front of the lights for each session. The lights definitely are bright, so be sure to use the eye protection! I think I'm noticing a difference with some muscle and joint recovery, but it's still a little early to say how much. I have noticed an improvement to the skin on my face (not a reason why I purchased this, but a nice little bonus to have). I'm looking forward to seeing what long term results I can get.
