Plantar fasciitis relief

I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and with my very first use of the Solemender I provided me with immediate relief. I am using it as one component for better foot health in conjunction with foot stretching exercises and orthotic shoes. My goal is to be able to take walks once again, garden, and shop without pain or limping.

Yes, it stays cold because of the metal. This product is built cheaply and the squeaking is real.
