Excellent smell, look, feel, and structurability
This comb is massive, which is great, since the tines need to be able to reach the back of the beard (at the neck) in one sweep. The smell is woodsmokey and like badassery in general. The build is "overconstructed" in a really good way; it doesn't seem like the tines would break without ridiculous abuse, but be real, it is made of wood. The tines feel great going through my beard and do not tangle very often, even though my chin whiskers are 3+ inches long and super curly. The only reason I am not rating this five stars is that the wood grain is a tiny bit splintery in areas (but somehow does not catch the hair). This is easily seen by the naked eye as loose wood hanging off the comb. Over time, no doubt these splinters will erode away, but a fine sanding in shop would have also worked well. Other than this minor imperfection, the comb is marvelous. The design is well thought out for a man's beard.

Perfect
This comb is perfect for long and bushy beards. I can finally get through the entire thing and it doesn't tug on or pull any hairs out. Very happy with my product and the customer service was outstanding as well.

Walnut beard comb
The comb is a good size and cut from a single piece of walnut. It looks great and has the proper tine spacing for long beards. However, the teeth are a bit rough along their edges and required hand sanding with 220 and 320 grit sandpaper and a re-oiling. Without this step the comb grabs and pulls on your beard. It is still a well priced product.
