Color seems different from what the description says. Nothing coffee about them. They are more tan than anything otherwise they are decent

Received wrong pair
Ordered these beautiful boots, never got them. Instead I received all brown pointed toe boots. Contacted customer service, who instructed me to fill out the return/exchange procedure.
They sent out replacement boots, and when I received them, they were exactly the same as the brown boots they mistakenly sent the first time.
I contacted customer service again, and have yet to receive a response (over 1 week)
Very disappointing and very unprofessional.
