Hydramama® Cola

Life changing!

I’m so happy to be able to write this review! I’ve been using Hydramamma since the end of my pregnancy (around August last year) when my friend added a couple of boxes of them to a gift basket for me. Usually, I’m the type of person who is ‘too busy’ to take supplements or anything of the sort. But this was my third pregnancy and I was really nervous about feeling my best for all of my kids and being as healthy and energetic as I possibly could, especially as I planned to exclusively breastfeed, so I made the conscious effort. And genuinely, I have been using them RELIGIOUSLY for about 10 months now and cannot go a day without. I usually don’t let myself run out of them, I’ll always order in advance. but I actually ran out the other week and I went around 5-6 days without them and seriously could notice the difference immensely!! safe to say I won’t be letting myself run out of them again! I’m also obsessed with a crisp Coke and the fact that you have a Cola favour is just the best. I love this one and the Lemonade!

Has become my favourite flavour!

I love the sweet ones like grape & passionfruit/orange but this one has become my new favourite when I want something not too sweet. If I'm craving fizzy drink I make it with carbonated water and ice & it seriously hits the spot!
