Mise En Block

I originally took one look at this product and thought it would be a fantastic way to transport my equipment to-and-from work via motorcycle, but the locking mechanism for the block doesn't give me enough confidence to even try to use it for that purpose. Aside from that, it arrived with a small scuff on the side (see photo) and is larger than I originally thought. The photos on the website do make it seem more compact and less "in the way." All in all, the concept is nice, but I don't think the price tag is valid for a product that is 90% plastic.

I love this knife storage sooo much but only complaints are that the bristles don’t have a divider from the utensil compartment making it hard to remove items from the storage, also I feel that there is a lot of waisted space underneath the utencels that could be used more efficiently

This has been a game changer for me. I work as a dayplayer Sous Chef for a film catering company so it is out in the weeds, and cooking for a lot of people. My Knife roll lasted a few days, this still feels brand new
