I bought this both in a large and a medium. I have a 35 inch waist, but the large would not hold my junk in so I recently bought the medium and it holds much better but I was hoping to replace a jock with this because I prefer less material when I’m working out, but even the medium doesn’t completely hold you in I do like the long boxers and they do the job for that. I also used a size large in that and they fit really nice.

Most comfortable underwear ever.

The Aspire Zero+ are my favorite underwear now. They are so smooth, and stretchy so I don't feel all "mashed up". Liked them so much I ordered 7 pairs total.

Not as great as the Zero

I tried a pair of the Aspire Zero and found that the pouch wasn't big enough for me. I contacted support and was recommended to try the Aspire Zero+. I tried a pair and, while there is more fabric, the pouch is the same size so I ran into the same problem of the sides not fully containing me. What's worse is that the Zero+ is designed to sit closer to the waist in the front so the extra fabric doesn't provide extra room, it just covers a bit more of the abdomen. On the plus side, the fabric and seams feel great. For me, the real winner is the Aspire Zero, but you should try a couple different styles to find what you love best.
