Normally, I listen to an audiobook to fall asleep, and set it for an hour. Often I will need to start a 2nd hour of listening before falling asleep. For the last 3 nights, I've taken an Unwind about 30 min before going to bed, and I haven't made it past the 1st 60 min setting before I fall asleep!! Now I'm going to change to 45 min to see how that works to test how fast I fall asleep!! We shall see!!
