Ordered on the 9th, shipped on the 12th, received on the 22nd. Package was lost for over a week. Emailed them twice before package arrived, informing them of lost package, never received any sort of response! When i finally received the order, package was damaged and all plants were dead. Emailed for the 3rd time asking for replacements or a refund and still nothing! $32 might not seem like a lot to get upset about, but it is to me!
