Handle unit works flawlessly

I had been using my 935 case for years now, and a clip inside the handle had given up and the handle separated. I reached out to Nanuk, and a short while later I had a replacement handle shipped to me. Replacement installation is extremely easy and the new handle works perfectly!

Nanuk 960 Pull Handle Warranty

The pull handle had a failure of the plastic internal lock that stopped the handle from locking up or down. This is a GOOD thing to avoid further damage to the case. The handle replacement was very easy with an Allen key to remove/reinstall the cover screws and some CA adhesive (only apply a very small amount on the threads to lock the screws) and 10 minutes. Nanuk, as usual, with their warranty program, replaced the handle and sent me the new handle quickly and with no issues. I only buy Nanuk cases because of their support and quality over other competitors cases.
