It may make sense to have something in writing to the customer outlining the expectations tied to the order. One item showed up from one location quickly. The others took a couple of weeks in a separate package. May want to let folks know about the time (had hoped to have in time for her birthday) but took a few weeks to receive. And coming in different packages from different places.
