Varia VS3 Grinder

Positives: Coffee/espresso quality, esthetics, build quality, design, ease of maintenance, upgradeable burrs, overall size. Negatives: Static up to 30s from completion of grinding, external power supply, aesthetics when using bellows, very few Canadian retailers carry the Varia line. Kudos to Whole Latte Love Canada for their excellent service and being able to speak to a human over the phone for any questions prior to purchase.

Excellent grinder. A little slow at about 50sec for 17gram but not horrible either. I just grind while I’m prepping everything else and o don’t notice the time it takes as it’s done before I finish my prep. Awesome micro adjustments for grind size. Super quiet. Almost zero retention.
