Not sure about that one...

I used 2 -3 bottles of Ah-Ha. I think i't not for me. I don't feel any difference in my mood, etc., although I worry about cognitive function as I get older, so maybe I should be taking it just to keep my brain healthy

hard to tell if this is having any positive effect at this stage in my journey, but there are definitely noill effects, the product is clean and easy on the stomach and i will return to it at a later date.
