The team responded and swapped out my damaged product and I have been very pleased with the quality of product and look forward to the positive results to follow! Overall great customer support and product!

Had shipping issues on first order; got with customer service and they did an amazing job on contacting me quickly and replacing my order! One week in and I can say product itself seems great quality!

I still haven’t received a response on an email chain I had with SpermWorm regarding half of my 3 month supply being melted. So far the product has been great. But I made SpermWorm aware of half of the 3 month supply having melted during shipping. I sent the corresponding pictures and was assured the 6 of 12 bags that had severely melted would be replenished. Since confirming my address for SpermWorm, I haven’t received acknowledgement or tracking numbers.
