RV Tilt Mount Brackets

I ordered 4 sets of these tilt brackets to mount panels on our RV for an upcoming trip. Bought straight from the company because they said I would get them in 3 days or less. They didn't even start moving until the 3rd day and arrived late. Opened the packages and none of them had the hardware kits with them. I contacted renogy and was told they were shipped separately, which was not true. I asked them to please send me the hardware kits so I could get them installed before my trip and they refused to send me the hardware but offered a 10 percent refund which covers nothing, so we returned them. Would have kept them and I'm sure the shipping was higher than them just sending the hardware and you would think they would at least try and help a customer who has spent thousands on their panels and accessories. In the end we went on our trip without being able to use our panels so we had to pay for 2 weeks of electric sites. This is a known issue that is in their reviews. I thought they would care enough to fix it by now.
