Here is my experience so far: The zoom interview with pictures so that they could schedule me went very well. But then comes the long haul. It has taken months for me to get my first set and it’s gonna be another three weeks before I get my second set. So far, I’m not very happy with how long it takes to get this done.

Worst experience I’ve had customer service was not helpful I didn’t receive my product they wanted to place spaces between my teeth and leave them and refused to modify the treatment plan then refused to refund my money

Took over a week for the impression kit to arrive even after multiple times where I contacted them asking why I hadn’t got an update and they promised I’d get an expedited package, it had terrible instructions, and they used a FedEx return so as someone unable to drive due to epilepsy it was a serious inconvenience.
