The customer experience was very underwhelming. The price was great but customer service was poor and results were mediocre.

I used the product exactly as directed. It moved my teeth slightly but not where they needed to be. The retainer sent for me to wear after I finished the aligners didn’t even fit because my teeth wouldn’t fit. I would rather spend more money and have it done correctly than buy these less expensive ones. It was a waste of my time and money.
