Shaver Replacement (for Touch 2)

This is a great product but customer service and responsiveness is horrible

This is a great product, however customer service is a 0 as you get no response from them. I paid for expedited shipping and not only did I not receive it in time it was delayed. No adjustment to my payment no response from customer service.

I was skeptical at first and ready to return, but this head shaver is very good and does exactly what they said it would. For the price I think it is a great deal.

I haven't actually had to use the replacement yet, but I absolutely love the shaver. I use it daily and have not even thought that I am close to needing a replacement. Will recommend to everyone!
