Sadly, these arrived as a nonfunctioning brick. Because the return policy is a 24 hour window from the time the order is placed and the glasses take roughly a week to be made and arrive there is no recourse and Even Realities seems to bank on this model. Customer service is less than helpful. If they stood behind their product then there would be a 30 day return window so this hints at them knowing it is a continuing problem
The main issue lies in the app closing anytime it is not being actively used on your screen. This means notifications, navigation, connections, everything stops the moment you navigate away from the app or put your phone in your pocket. Even has no fix for this except to blame it on phone settings, but no amount of phone settings changes the issue. The app is not built correctly. G1 did not have this issue.
I would not recommend these, Even gives no real solutions as how to make it work and do not seem interested in meaningful help, despite their quick responses

The future is here. I know that sounds cliche, but I literally said this aloud as I received an answer from the AI that scrolled across my glasses as I was driving. The glasses themselves are comfortable and ironically keep me detached from my phone while keeping me appropriately attached; I find myself looking at my phone less and able to step away from it while still being properly notified about things that are important to me in the moment, being able to receive information that is appropriate to me, and being able to verbally dictate notes so that I don't forget things. All this without me being reliant on my phone and not present in the moment, as I have been trying to be. I cannot praise Conversate enough for it has helped me to catch things that I could not hear properly and to look back on conversations and study/reflect on what was spoken about. I am also rather surprised that it understood biblical Hebrew. An unexpected plus. These are expensive, but worth the cost.

The product is exactly what I expected and more. The screen is sharp and clear. The ring definitely made it a 100% better experience. There are more apps you can add, which makes the glasses more enjoyable to use.
