Triple Booster

It found an amp.

Well the TB sounded good in front of the 2203x, the Origin 50, and then the 6505 1992. It sits in front of the Peavey. I like pedaling the crunch channel. It's Red channel needs nothing. I use the amp as a hard rock amp. Not metal. Great mix with the crunch channel. Its articulate and sings nicely when bending notes. Great bite when I want the amp to bark or snarl. Pedal has character. Very happy with how it performs with this amp.

I was watching YouTube and saw a video of Rob Chapman demoing this and Ftelettronica's Utopian Fuzz. The boost /sound he was getting was awesome. Im no expert, just a newly retired father who hasn't played in 15yrs. Just as a test drive I plugged this thing into the front of a 1997 Mesa Boogie Maverick on the clean channel and using my 1996 PRS Custom 22. The pedal set to treble and level dial to 12o'clock. Every note was crisp and clear. You could play totally clean and attack the strings to get a seriously driven sound without adjustment. Turn the level to 3 o'clock and the amp is pushed harder than the amp in the other channel. It sounds like I had a new rig. This boost really cleaned up the muddy lows of the dual rectifier. I still have more to explore. But like Rob Chapman said " This pedal creates more boost than you will ever need in your lifetime" He's right. You should check it out too.
