Touch 2

I like how light and comfortable this unit is. Easy to use on all the bumps and ridges of my head. I wish it would get all the hair at once, but after a few passes it does the job. Almost as close as a blade. Very happy and pleased.

I used the touch 2 for the first time and after shaving my head for the last 30 years and spending an exuberant amount of dollars on every razor made this is by far the best shave I've had!! I am saving up for the 3 pack of the lotion's to try! Thank you! A+++

As great as this product should be, it’s nothing without customer service. My product worked for about two weeks, and then the foil head kept popping off of the body. I purchased additional foils and attempt to rectify the situation, and it did not fix the problem, so I contacted customer service. I wrote four emails they provided me with what they thought was a simple fix. The fixed did not work. My follow up emails have been met with dead silence and dead air. Needless to say, I’ve got a $90 product that’s collecting dust which I cannot use and a customer service that refuses to return my correspondences. The product is nothing without the people behind it and at this point, I give it one star. Purchase at your own risk because of the product fails you’re on your own.
