Pre….everything

I have loved using PRE to fuel before running and strength sessions. It really does give me the energy to get it done ✅

Wow.

I had not tried pre workout and I am HOOKED. I take it before my swims and love the feeling it gives me in the water.

Felt the effects but unfortunately taste so bad

I really wanted to like this but I can’t get past the taste. It’s super sour and unpleasant. I do think it definitely helped fuel my workout so that’s a positive. Maybe I’ll try another flavour next time. I ordered the green apple by the way.
