Disappointed

I ordered two wigs — Nia and Simone — and both were a complete disappointment. Neither looked anything like the photos advertised. There is absolutely no way a properly styled wig can change so drastically during shipping. The textures were dry, the quality was poor, and the measurements were completely off. Styling was impossible due to how stiff and unmanageable the wigs were. This was a total waste of money, and I will never purchase from this seller again. Extremely disappointed!
