SUPER CHILL Bundle — 2 Stickybones, 2 Fly-Rigs

I absolutely LOVE them. Better than I imagined. All the pieces came in little bags, separated into logical sections, and it was easy to assemble. The assembly video is VERY helpful in determining the correct sides of the anatomy, as it's not immediately obvious. Once you know what to look for, disassembly and reassembly is a snap. They hold their positions well and the positions are extremely lifelike, much more so than I expected. I bought these for drawing, but I may have to try doing some stop-motion animation now, too! Overall a quality product well worth the price.

Bought these for my nephew. While there was some sort of mistake that caused my order to be delayed for almost a month, once I reached out and brought it to their attention, the order was sent immediately. My nephew loves them. They are surprisingly hefty and move very smooth. Definitely worth the cost.

I ordered the Super Chill bundle in “white” on 5/26. Supposedly, this was supposed to get me a white stickybones, blue stickybones, and two black fly rigs. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong color set, presumably because something went wrong on their end. After a MONTH of sending emails back and forth, I STILL HAVE NOT received all of the correct colors I ordered. While the products (that WERE the ones I ordered) function as advertised, dealing with customer service has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve started to wonder if I’m even talking to a person or an AI chatbot given how many times I have had to correct very simple things, and how many responses I have received that have nothing to do with the things I have written. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t care this much, but I ordered specific colors so I could do certain compositing effects in post, which you would think a film company would understand. I am an animation student using hard-earned scholarship money to pay for my educational expenses, so every penny counts, and I am extremely frustrated at having my very limited funding wasted like this. This process has been so aggravating that I don’t even want to use their products anymore. You guys are still welcome to tell me how I can return the second fly rig in my set and get the correct color that I actually ordered. I am very unhappy with your company and will not be recommending your products to anyone I know.
