Positive packaging came in a nice safe box and not a bag so the hats didn't bend in transit. The hat itself is good quality and have had alot of good comments while wearing it. But a negative is the strap around it has already fallen off, it's not a big deal and I can stick it back on but when the hats are worth $89 maybe that's just something to improve in the production process. Although customer service team are very good and replied back to my email very quickly and sorted it out.

Nice styled hat, beautiful designs. Unfortunately my head was a bit too big for the pōtae, I should’ve went a size up from what I originally ordered. Fast delivery, delivered 2-3 days after I placed my order.
