Liquid Define Black

I really wanted to love it… but it’s the worst eyeliner I’ve tried. It is very hard to apply because of the dry texture, it’s patchy, and the brush is too thick to create a natural look. I love my mascara and lipsticks from EOH, I’m very disappointed in this one.

This is the easiest and best liquid eyeliner I have tried. And it lasts all day ! Very happy with my purchase and will buy more once this one is finished.

The best liquid eye liner I have ever used. So easy to apply. I use for a natural look just along the lashes and it goes on finely and precisely. No bleeding or smudging. Have got this one in black and brown. Washes off easily at end of day too.
