Haven’t responded to request for return

I placed an order and when I received it, I realized I had accidentally ordered two items that I did not need. I initiated a return and have not heard back but continue to get requests to rate their products.

The best brush product out there!! I am so glad I bought this. I have toy poodle mix & she had bit of tangle mats on her coat. I adopted her from rescue, and this brush did the job! Plus, their lavender detangle are a must buy!
