The product itself is great, unfortunately it took over 2 months to arrive. Customer service was lacking in some of the most frustrating ways. My order came in two separate parts because the books had been forgotten and when I asked to have the other part expedited, i was told the order had already been shipped— the label had been created but it wasnt shipped for another 2 weeks. Frustrating all around because they have lovely products.
