Exfoliating Bundle

Directions & Care directions please

I love the foaming cleanser and have been using it for years. I got the exfoliating bundle, but was left uncertain how to best use the brush as it came without instructions (which side first/second, recommended frequency, and process for care of the brush to keep it clean). I also wish the brush came with a cloth bag or something to keep it clean for storage. Haven't yet tried it because I wanted to look at the website for some directions about use before I did so.
