Best and most convenient vitamins I found in Canada

I started taking the prenatal vitamins last year's, about 3 months before going through my first IVF cycle. We are now pregnant with our first child and I continue to take prenatal vitamins from bird and be. I don't want to say the vitamins helped us get pregnant but what I can say is that it took a lot of stress off my mind. The fact that they think about the right amount of each vitamin and they package them in one package at a time saved me a lot of time and stress. It was easy to travel for fertility treatments and not forget to take my vitamins. I love the vitamins and how easy it is to not forget taking all my vitamins. Before this brand , I would spent hours researching and buying multiple vitamin bottles to get the right dosage and I would spend minutes every night opening all the vitamin bottles and remembering what I already took... So convenient and easy.
